By Commissioning this Artist you (the client) agree/understand that...

  • Full payment MUST be provided upfront before any work can be done on your commission

  • NO physical pieces or items will be shipped to you to any physical address for digital commissions

  • Partial refunds may be given for pieces before the coloring stage, anything after the coloring stage of the commission is non-refundable. However, the commissioned piece will be left incomplete and unavailable.

  • Full refunds may only be offered if I, myself, cannot complete the commission for whatever reasons it may be.

  • Client MUST provided fully colored references before charging and payment, invoice will not be sent and commission will not be worked on until references are provided

  • Lack of proper references, flat colors, or anything without a reference to it will be an extra cost depending on what is not provided if I so decide to continue with the commission. (References of real life people will no longer be accepted. Please provide DRAWN references. Exceptions will be outfit inspos but that too will be an extra cost depending)

  • Updates to your commission will be provided as frequently as possible throughout the different phases of the piece to make sure it is progressing well.

  • Changes are accepted in the sketching phase however big changes from the lineart stage and onward will cost extra depending on how big the change may be. If said change is too big than comfortable I reserve the right to deny it. (Examples of big changes: entire posing of characters, outfits, positioning, hairstyles, backgrounds, any additions extra to the piece that wasn't originally discussed, etc)

  • All commissioned pieces will have the artists signature on the final piece

  • Delivery time can vary for the product ranging from a couple of weeks to months. If you have a deadline for a piece that you want please inform the artist when commissioning them

As the artist, I:

  • Maintain the right to post my work in any form (except commercial use)

  • Maintain the right to post my work onto social media unless explicitly asked/requested otherwise

  • Reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason

As the client, you:

  • Will NOT use your commission for commercial use/profit

  • Will NOT use it for any AI, NFT, etc usage in any regard

  • May print commission for personal use

  • May crop, edit, resize the art as you wish along with reposting, pfp usage, banner usage, etc. Credit is not mandatory but is appreciated, however do not claim it as your own art work.

  • Will NOT remove artist signature from work

  • Understand that any commercial usage or intention for the commission MUST be brought up and discussed beforehand
